GRINDERS

Our Morbark 1300 Tub Grinder is equipped with a Grapple so it can load itself.

Notes:
    Since the 6600 is not self-loading a payloader is required. The 6600 is especially effective at double grinding to produce a decorative landscape mulch.

PAYLOADERS

Our payloaders are equipped with specially designed buckets which dramatically improve operational efficiency. Standard payloaders ?chase? brush around, slowing production and digging up the site. Our Grapple Buckets grab material and get more material to the grinder faster.

Our High-Tip Buckets are our secret weapon (at least they were secret until we put them on the web) With our high-tip buckets we can load 110 cubic yard capacity trailers without a ramp.

WINDROW TURNER

It?s difficult to get leaves fully composted before the ensuing year?s leaf collection. A windrow turner can greatly accelerate the process. Windrow turners are much more efficient than payloaders at turning leaves. GreenCycle?s turner can turn in one hour more material than a large payloader can in a day. More importantly windrow turners greatly accelerate the composting process by doing the following:

• Introducing more oxygen into the leaves

• Mixing the material, eliminating dry pockets

• Breaking up paper bags.

Notes:
    The Frontier Turner has a unique configuration which allows it to be towed behind a Tractor. Turning four times along with interim turning with a payloader produces finished compost in about nine months.
