Many landscape architects specify material with a specific organic matter content. Compost is naturally high in organic matter.  By blending compost with either topsoil or sand we are able to meet standards for organic matter and porosity.  We use our McCloskey 621 trommel or Wildcat 512 to mix material so all our blends are homogenous. We’ve also developed specialty composts which are ideal for wetlands reclamation.
